Improve access to groceries for those who don't drive

Parts of Cambridge have very limited access to groceries, with the nearest supermarket over 1 mile away with no direct public transport. The nearby options tend to be corner stores (extremely limited selection and up to 150%-200% markup) or Whole Foods (also overpriced). The Star Market on Beacon Street is understaff and understocked because it's so close to the one in Porter Square. Solutions could include:
- Improving bus routing for better access to groceries
- Adding or moving a supermarket
- Finding some way to decrease prices at corner stores
